The Foshan Government enacted the "Implementation Rules on Attracting High-level Professional and Technical Personnel in Foshan" on 30 September 2018. The implementation rules are valid for 5 years. Eligible top-level professional and technical personnel can receive living allowances ranging from RMB 200,000 to 300,000. Such living allowances are distributed in three years in the ratio of 40%, 30% and 30%.
Abstract
The Organisation Department of the Municipal Committee of Foshan, Foshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Foshan Ministry of Finance have jointly issued the Action Plan on Measures on the Managing the Living Allowances Offered to High-level Professional and Technical Personnel in Foshan.
Eligible applicants
- Applicants must be full-time employees in Foshan with employment contracts of 3 years or above;
- Recruited via the Communist Party or government department arrangements;
- Possess a professional technical qualification; and
- Social insurance or individual income tax reported in Foshan.
Subsidy details
- Eligible top-level professional and technical talents can receive housing allowances of RMB 300,000.
- Intermediate level professional and technical talents can receive housing allowances of RMB 200,000.
- The allowances will be distributed in three years in the ratio of 40%, 30% and 30%.
The notice is effective from 30 September 2018 and will be valid for 5 years.
