The Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation Soliciting Public Opinions on the "Stamp Duty Law of the People's Republic of China" (the "Consultation Draft")

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation ("SAT") have issued consultation draft of "Stamp Duty Law of the People's Republic of China" on 1 November, 2018 to solicit public opinion. The public may provide their comments through the SAT website or submitting a letter in writing by 30 November, 2018.
