Notice from the Ministry of Commerce [2019] No. 13 on Cancelling a Batch of Certification Matters

The Ministry of Commerce cancelled 19 certification items set up by regulations and 15 certification items by normative documents on 18 March 2019. The contents mainly include foreign invested enterprises are no longer required to submit approval certificates when performing record filing for single-purpose commercial pre-paid cards (such as gift cards, welfare cards, etc.), and local in-charge commerce authorities will conduct internal inquiry.
