The Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau issued the “Notice on Publishing the 2020 Application Guidelines for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Subsidy for Hong Kong and Macao Youths in Guangzhou” on 25 November 2019. The Application Guidelines suggest that eligible start-up business from Hong Kong and Macao may receive RMB 200,000 subsidy. Start-up business may submit their application forms and supporting documents via the Guangzhou Science and Technology Business Management Sun-Government Platform (http://sop.gzsi.gov.cn/) and the online application due date is 5pm 30 December 2019.
