Public Notice on 2019 Young Talents Application Programme in Dongguan

The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongguan issued a public notice on 2019 Young Talents Application Programme in Dongguan on 12 December 2019. Talents under 35 (including talents from Hong Kong and Macao) can apply online (Website link: http://59.37.20.103/jsrc/login2.jsp) before 20 January 2020. Selected talents will participate in a three-year talent development program. Each person can get start-up subsidy amounted to RMB300,000. In addition, they can also enjoy the same treatment as Dongguan residents in the areas of public services and children's enrolment in school.
