The Zhuhai Municipal Human Resources & Social Security Bureau issued the “Application Guide for Housing Subsidy for High-Level Talents in Zhuhai” on 15 January 2020. Target applicants include those who have obtained the “Zhuhai High-Level Talent Certificate” from 2019 onwards. Eligible talents may receive a maximum housing subsidy of RMB 6 million. Applicants may submit their application documents via the online service platform https://zhrsj.gov.cn/zhrsClient/login.jsp. Applications are accepted all year round and will be reviewed once a quarter.
