Notice on Issuing the Detailed Implementation Rules of the Guangzhou Huangpu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on the Implementation of the “Various Measures to Vigorously Support the Development and Growth of Small and Medium-Sized Private Enterprises” (Guangzhou Huangpu Human Resources and Social Security Guizi [2021] No. 1)

On 13 May 2021, the Guangzhou Huangpu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the “Detailed Implementation Rules of the Guangzhou Huangpu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Implementing the ‘Various Measures to Vigorously Support the Development and Growth of Small and Medium-Sized Private Enterprises’”. The Detailed Rules clarify the specific operational contents and specifications of the relevant clauses in the “Various Measures”. The Detailed Rules include 18 clauses, which sets out the subsidy standards, application criteria, application documents, selection processes and application channels of the selection for independent entrepreneurs, social security subsidies for newly recruited talents, housing subsidies for outstanding talents, household registration for middle and senior management and technical professionals, support for outstanding human resources services, and construction of national-level human resources services, etc. The Detailed Rules came into effect on 13 May 2021 and will be valid until 12 November 2023.
