The Dongguan Municipal People’s Government Office (“the authority”) issued the “Implementation Measures for the Special Policies for Characteristic Talents in the Dongguan Municipality” on 1 December 2021. The authority announced several supporting measures such as loan concession and interest discounts, rental subsidies, housing security and living security. The Measures shall be effective on 1 December2021 and valid until 31 December 2024.
