The Dongguan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authority”) issued the “Interim Measures for the Introduction and Cultivation of Innovative Talents in the Dongguan Municipality” (“the Interim Measures”) on 28 April 2022. The authority announced to provide innovative talents who have fulfilled the requirement specified in the Interim Measures and are introduced to the Dongguan Municipality in 2022. The maximum amount of comprehensive subsidy is RMB300,000. The Interim Measures will be implemented from 28 April 2022 and valid until 31 December 2024.
