The Shenzhen Municipal Tax Services, State Taxation Administration (“the authority”) issued the “Notice in relation to Optimising the Navigation of 12366 Hotline Manual Consultation Services” on 24 May 2022. The authority announced optimization and adjustment of the 12366 hotline manual consultation services. Specific measures include setting up dedicated manual service lines for individual income tax verification and settlement to answer questions related to individual income tax annual verification and settlement policy and procedures before 30 June 2022.
