On 25 May 2022, the General Affairs Office of the Liwan District of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government issued the “Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the Integrated Development of the Science and Financial Technology Industry of Liwan District in the New Era”. The implementation opinions included 7 aspects, covering promoting the agglomeration of the financial technology industry in Liwan, actively establishing a demonstration zone for Guangfo financial technology cooperation, vigorously promoting Liwan’s integration into the construction of a venture capital investment city, innovating technology credit products, and leveraging market service mechanisms. The opinions took immediate effect and will be valid for 5 years.
