Notice in relation to Application for the New Version of Guangdong Provincial Talent You Yue Ka

The Human Resources and Social Security Department of the Guangdong Province (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Application for the New Version of Guangdong Provincial Talent You Yue Ka” (“the Notice”) on 31 May 2023. The authorities announced starting from 1 May 2023, the issued Guangdong Province Talent You Yue Ka will be replaced with a new card according to the new measure. In-person application services of new version of the Guangdong Province Talent You Yue Ka will begin on 1 May 2023.
