The General Affairs Office of People’s Government of Guangdong Province (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “the 5 Year Action Plan to the “Ten Major Livelihood Projects in Guangdong Province” (2023 – 2027)”” (“the Notice”) on 11 December 2023. The authorities announced a series of livelihood projects, including the implementation of supporting policies for employment of college graduates, and the strengthening of employment policies incentives targeting college graduates and other youth.
