The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zengcheng District of the Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Administrative Measures for Postdoctoral Subsidy Fund in Guangzhou Municipal Zengcheng District”” (“the Notice”) on 15 January 2024. The authorities announced to greatly promote the high-quality development of talent work in Zengcheng District in the new era, to standardize and optimize the postdoctoral administrative work in Zengcheng District, and to greatly attract and cultivate high-level talents. The district finance department shall provide living allowance of RMB100,000 per person per year for postdoctoral researchers who have successfully completed the open-book and mid-term assessments at the designated research stations (bases). These Measures shall be effective from 15 January 2024 and valid for 5 years.
