The State Council (“the authorities”) issued the “Guiding Opinions in relation to Further Optimize Administration Services to Enhance Administrative Efficiency and Promote “Efficient Completion of a Task”” (“the Notice”) on 16 January 2024. The authorities announced that by leveraging online and on-site government service channels, they would provide talents with one-stop services for talents identification, housing, financial subsidies, etc.
