Notice of the Office of Financial Commission of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Municipality on Issuing the “Implementation Opinions on Financial Support and High-quality Development of Supply Chains in Shenzhen Municipality”

On 5 March 2024, the Office of Financial Commission of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Implementation Opinions on Financial Support and High-quality Development of Supply Chains in Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Opinions”). The Opinions proposed to strength the collaboration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong in financial sector and build a Shenzhen-Hong Kong supply chain finance innovation base in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone in order to facilitate cross-border capital flow and enhance industrial financial capabilities. The Opinions will be implemented from 1 April 2024 and will be valid for 5 years.
