The Guangdong Provincial Leading Group for Employment Work (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Ten Action Plans for College Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship in Guangdong Province in 2024”” (“the Notice”) on 27 March 2024. The authorities announced to strengthen the entrepreneurial incubation and to promote the establishment of the “1+12+N” Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship base. Meanwhile, to also support the implementation of the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Program, and offer more suitable employment opportunities for Hong Kong and Macao youth in Mainland China.
