On 28 March 2024, the Office of the People’s Government of Longgang District of Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Implementation Rules for the Special Fund and Development Support of Human Resources Service Industry in Longgang District of Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Rules”). The Rules proposed to provide subsidies for rental expenses to enterprises operating in the human resources service industry park in Longgang District of Shenzhen Municipality, with an annual revenue of at least RMB5 million. For every RMB50,000 annual revenue, a subsidy equivalent to 1 square meter of rental expenditure will be granted. The maximum subsidy area for each enterprise is 3,000 square meters, and the annual rental subsidy will not exceed RMB2 million. The Rules came into effect on 28 March 2024 and will remain valid for 3 years. The Rules is applicable to projects eligible to subsidy support from 2023 to 2026.
