The State Taxation Administration (“the authorities”) issued the “Opinions in relation to Launching the 2024 “Action of Facilitation Measures for Taxpayers”” (“the Notice”) on 28 March 2024. The authorities announced a series of measures to facilitate the people and benefit enterprises, which includes fully promoting nationwide, unified, and standardized e-tax bureau, which can achieve intelligent upgrading for tax fee services. In addition, the authorities have also targeted different types of income from non-residents, allowing taxpayers to achieve intelligent tax calculation and one-click declaration for multiple tax categories simply through clicking and selecting, thereby enhancing the filing experience.
