The Guangdong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the “Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Cultivation of High-quality Skilled Talents to Support the Establishment of a Strong Manufacturing Province”” (“the Notice”) on 28 April 2024. The authorities announced to encourage collaborations between enterprises and educational and research institutions through cooperative cultivation, project collaborations and more to enhance the level of technological research of leading talents and key cultivate targets. This Notice shall be effective from 1 June 2024 and valid until 31 December 2027.
