The Ministry of Education in Guangzhou Municipal Baiyun District, Guangzhou Laisui Personnel Service Administration in Guangzhou Municipal Baiyun District (“the authorities”) issued the “Implementation Measures in relation to the Points-based School Enrolment Scheme for Accompanying Children of Residents Coming to the Guangzhou Municipal Baiyun District” (“the Notice”) on 30 April 2024. The authorities announced that applicants are required to complete the points-based assessment according to the points-based assessment public notice for the current year. Applicants who meet the criteria for the points-based enrolment scheme in Baiyun District can access the “Guangzhou Municipal Baiyun District Points-based Enrolment Scheme Online Processing Center” through the “Points-based Scheme for Residents Coming to Guangzhou Municipal Service Information System – Points-based School Enrolment Scheme – Admission Instructions – Baiyun District” to fill out the points-based enrolment scheme application information. These Measures shall be effective from 1 May 2024 and valid for 5 years.
