The Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone Administration Committee, the People’s Government of Nansha District of the Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to 2024-2026 Action Plan for Establishing the “Youth Vitality Municipality in the Greater Bay Area” in Guangzhou Municipal Nansha District” (“the Notice”) on 3 May 2024. The authorities announced a series of support policies within the Nansha District to support innovation and entrepreneurship among Hong Kong and Macao youth. These policies include the Entrepreneurship Incubation Support Program, Youth Employment Training Program, Youth Housing Security Program, etc. For details, please refer to this Notice.
