The Office of People’s Government of Zhuhai Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation Several Measures for Supporting the Transformation and Upgrading of Small and Micro Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households in the Service Industry in Zhuhai Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 10 May 2024. The authorities announced to support and encourage individual industrial and commercial households to transit into enterprises. For individual industrial and commercial households registered in Zhuhai Municipality that undergo transformation and upgrade into enterprise in the service industry and for the first time to be included in the service sector statistics of “four-ups” with scale (quota) above certain level, shall receive a reward of RMB100,000. These Measures shall be effective from 10 May 2024 and valid until 31 December 2026.
