The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Zhuhai Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Launching the Action Work Plan of “Love Bay Area, Stay in Administrative Regions” Campaign for Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates”” (“the Notice”) on 15 May 2024. The authorities announced the implementation of the 2024 Zhuhai Municipality, Hong Kong and Macao Youth Entrepreneurship Seedling Program, which coordinate the recruitment and selection of start-up enterprises or project teams composed of university students from Zhuhai Municipality, Hong Kong and Macao. A series of activities shall be carried out including the selection and evaluation of the Top Ten Youth Entrepreneurship Stars from Zhuhai Municipality, Hong Kong and Macao Universities.
