The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Launching the 2024 Annual Assessment Work for Municipal-level Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases” (“the Notice”) on 17 May 2024. The authorities announced that the assessment results shall be classified into three levels: “excellent”, “pass” and “fail”. Youth with “excellent” assessment results will be given bonus of RMB100,000 in accordance with the regulations.
