The Zhongshan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Interim Regulations for Transformation and Upgrading of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households Reward Fund” (“the Notice”) on 22 May 2024. The authorities announced that eligible transitional enterprises shall be granted a one-off basic reward of RMB3,000. Furthermore, for those transitional enterprises mentioned above, whose annual sales in 2023 exceed RMB5 million (inclusive of RMB5 million), an additional one-off contribution reward not exceeding RMB30,000 shall be granted. These Measures shall be effective from 22 May 2024 and valid until 31 December 2024.
