The Guangzhou Municipal Huadu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Implementation Measures of Implementing the Talent Green Card Regulation in Guangzhou Municipal Huadu District” (“the Notice”) on 30 May 2024. The authorities announced that outstanding domestic and foreign talents, who are non-residents of Guangzhou Municipality, working or started business for more than 6 months in Guangzhou Municipality, whose employment registered location is in Guangzhou Municipal Huadu District, who have a legal residential address in Guangzhou Municipality, and meet the relevant criteria, can apply for the Guangzhou Municipal Talent Green Card B. These Measures shall be effective from 30 May 2024 and valid until 15 June 2028.
