On 12 July 2024, the Commerce Bureau of the Conghua District of Guangzhou Municipality issued the “Measures for Promoting High-Quality Development of Modern Service Industry in Conghua District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Measures”). The Measures are applicable to service industry enterprises with business relationship within Conghua District, those eligible enterprises can enjoy awards for development and growth, small and micro enterprise cultivation, and brand building. Among them, internationally renowned retail and catering brands that established their first shop in the district will be rewarded with up to RMB 200,000, and human resource service providers that introduce high-end talents from abroad will be rewarded with up to RMB 500,000 per year. The Measures will be implemented from 12 July 2024 and will be valid for 5 years.
