On 13 July 2024, the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin issued the “Measures for Promoting the High-quality Development of Cross-border E-commerce Industry in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Co-operation Zone (Interim)” (“the Measures”). The Measures focus on 37 articles in 9 chapters, which provide supports for cross-border e-commerce companies applying for accreditation in the Cooperation Zone, including support for fixed assets, subsidies for park operation, incentives for nurturing high-quality enterprises, incentives for high-quality development, subsidies for settling down, rental subsidies, subsidies for registration of trademarks, and so on. Applicants should apply on time and in accordance with the requirements. The Measures will be implemented from 1 January 2024 and valid until 31 December 2025.
