On 24 July 2024, the Commerce Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Application Guidelines for 2024 Central Funds (Foreign Investment and Co-operation Funding Matters)” (“the Guidelines”). The Guidelines support enterprises legally registered in Shenzhen Municipality for four projects, including pre-existing costs, loan interest subsidies, overseas investment insurance premiums, and construction of provincial overseas economic and trade co-operation zones, for enterprises who are eligible, shall receive supports above RMB 50,000 per project, and annual subsidy not exceeding RMB 20 million per entity. The online application period for enterprises is from 25 July 2024 to 6:00pm on 16 August 2024.
