The Office of the People’s Government of Tianhe District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Carrying out the Detailed Implementation Rules for “Guangzhou Municipal Talent Green Card System Implementation Measures” in Tianhe District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 26 July 2024. The authorities proposed that talents who have worked in key investment promotion enterprises or key enterprises in Tianhe District for more than 6 months every year, and have a lawful residence in the Guangzhou Municipality are eligible to apply for the Guangzhou Municipal Talent Green Card. The Notice is effective from 26 July 2024 and valid until 26 July 2029.
