The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Application for 2024 Vocational Ability Enhancement Support Reward for Professional and Technical Talent in Nansha District” (“the Notice”) on 1 August 2024. The authorities proposed that individuals who have signed a labour contract of more than 3 years in Nansha District, obtained a national senior professional and technical qualification through national examination or a Guangdong provincial senior professional and technical qualification through assessment and currently is engaged in professional and technical work are eligible to apply for the talent reward. The talent reward is up to RMB50,000. The Notice is effective from 1 August 2024.
