The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Implementation of Development Support Policies for the Nansha District of the Human Resources Service Industrial Park in Guangzhou Municipality of the Mainland China” (“the Notice”) on 5 August 2024. The authorities proposed that enterprises or institutions engaged in the human resources service industry within the Nansha District of the Guangzhou Human Resources Service Industrial Park are eligible to apply for a settlement reward if they achieve an annual revenue of RMB10 million during the first two years of their settlement in the industrial park. The Notice is effective from 5 August 2024.
