On 24 August 2024, the Huangpu District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangzhou Municipality issued the “Detailed Implementation Rules for Several Measures to Promote High-Quality Development of Rural Revitalization in the Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Rules”). The Rules stipulate that for those Agricultural Equipment and Service Industrial Park attract no less than RMB30 million in social investment annually, and the Seed Industry Industrial Park attract no less than RMB20 million in social investment each year, each industrial park will receive a subsidy of up to RMB10 million, calculated as one-third of the funds raised by enterprises and institutions in that year during the validity period of the "Several Measures". The Rules are effective from 24 August 2024 and will be valid until 31 December 2026.
