The Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to focusing on reforms to enhance the convenience of services and facilitating the upgrade of real estate registration to better serve the citizens and enterprises in the Sub-Bureau of Zengcheng District” (“the Notice”) on 27 August 2024. The authorities proposed to promote ongoing reforms and innovations in real estate registration services, improve the review efficiency, and reduce the time for issuing the “Real Estate Certificate” from 3 working days to 1 working day. The Notice is effective from 27 August 2024.
