The Science, Industry, and Information Technology Bureau of Huadu District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Management Measures of Guarantee Loan Services for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Huadu District” (“the Notice”) on 28 August 2024. The authorities proposed that the maximum credit loan amount for enterprises is RMB10 million with the loan term not exceeding 3 years. Enterprises applying for the credit loan shall deposit a guarantee fund equivalent to 1% of the loan amount before the loan is granted. The Notice is effective from 28 August 2024 and valid until 31 December 2027.
