The Shenzhen Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Operational Guidelines of the Shenzhen Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau for the Support Program of Technical Innovation Project” (“the Guidelines”) on 28 August 2024. The authorities proposed that projects recognized by the “National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprises” will receive a one-off reward of RMB3 million and for projects awarded the title of “National Single Champion”, a one-off reward of up to RMB2 million will be granted. The Guidelines is effective from 22 August 2024 and will be valid until 28 February 2027.
