On 4 September 2024, the Qianhai Administrative Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Various Measures in relation to Supporting High-Quality Development and High-Level Application of Artificial Intelligence” (“the Measures”). The Measures encouraged eligible artificial intelligence enterprises to raise funds through public listing in domestic and foreign capital markets and actively introduce data service companies. For enterprises included in national authorities’ typical cases or demonstrative projects related to data asset registration, evaluation, reporting, financial innovation, and cross-border data flow, a one-time reward of RMB50,000 or RMB100,000 will be granted, with the cumulative rewards for the same enterprise shall not exceed RMB500,000. The Measures shall be effective from 14 September 2024 and valid for 3 years.
