The Zhuhai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Application for the Housing (Rental and Living) Subsidies Renewal for Newly Recruited Talent in Zhuhai Municipality” (“the Guidelines”) on 5 September 2024. The authorities proposed that for intermediate-level skilled technicians with senior professional qualification who are employed by enterprises legally registered in Zhuhai Municipality or newly established research and development institutions and who have applied for but not yet fully received the subsidies, a rental and living subsidies of RMB38,000 will be granted and distributed in equal instalments over two years. The application period for the subsidy is from 10 September 2024 to 15 November 2024.
