The Market Supervision Administration of Zhongshan Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the “Work Plan for Deepening the “One Permit for All” Reform of Enterprise-related Approval Services in Zhongshan Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 10 September 2024. The authorities proposed that starting from January 2024, online “certificate and license integration” will be available for 37 enterprise-related approval services, including the issuance of industrial product production licenses. The Notice is effective from 10 September 2024.
