On 12 September 2024, the Administrative Bureau of Qianhai issued the “Administrative Measures of Special Funds for Supporting the High-quality Development of Financial Industry in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Co-operation Zone” (“the Measures”). The Measures are applicable to the settlement of licensed financial institutions. Financial institutions in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone that meet the reporting requirements can declare and submit application documents during the period from 12 September 2024 to 30 September 2024. The Measures are effective from 12 September 2024.
