On 19 September 2024, the People’s Government of Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Various Measures in relation to Encouraging Enterprises to Increase Industrial Investment and Promote Large-scale Equipment Renewal under the New Situation in Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Measures”). The Measures are applicable to the enterprises whose actual operating places are in Longhua District. The Measures encouraged high-end, intelligent, and green transformation in manufacturing industry and facilitated large-scale equipment upgrades for enterprises. In particular, for the project of encouraging enterprises on large-scale equipment upgrades, the maximum subsidy is RMB40 million. The Measures shall be effective from 1 October 2024 and valid for 3 years.
