The Science and Technology, Industry, Commerce, and Information Technology Bureau of Haizhu District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Support Measures for Promoting the Development of the Industrial Internet in Haizhu District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 12 October 2024. The authorities proposed that industrial internet transaction service platforms with main business revenue exceeding RMB100 million and that have obtained the copyright for platform software are eligible for a reward of up to RMB1 million. The Notice is effective from 12 October 2024 and will be valid until 4 July 2025.
