On 15 October 2024, the Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration and the People’s Government of Bao’an District of Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Operational Guideline in relation to “Various Measures for Promoting High-quality Development in Cross-border E-commerce” (2024) (First Batch)”” (“the Operational Guideline”). The Guideline announced that applicants shall be enterprises or organizations engaged in cross-border e-commerce related businesses in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone (Nanshan District). Application period is from 19 October 2024 to 7 November 2024.
