The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementing the 2024 Recommendation Work of Special Talents Project List” (“the Notice”) on 16 October 2024. The authorities proposed that innovative leading talents having at least 8 years of experience in engineering and technical work and outstanding young talents with at least 5 years of experience in engineering and technical work are eligible to be shortlisted for the recommendation list. The Notice is effective on 16 October 2024.
