On 21 October 2024, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Guangzhou Municipal Haizhu District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Promoting the Development of Digital Marketing Industry in Guangzhou Municipal Haizhu District” (“the Measures”). The Measures provide support to newly added digital marketing enterprises within the digital marketing ecological innovation space. Enterprises that lease self-used office spaces with area over 500 square meters and leasing contract longer than three years shall be given support up to 30% of the annual rent on the actual office space used by the enterprise in the current year, with maximum annual rental support of RMB 1 million. These Measures shall be valid for 3 years.
