On 26 October 2024, the Qianhai Administrative Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the “Administrative Measures for the Industry Development Funds in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality”” (“the Measures”). The industry funds are mainly used to support industries in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone such as modern finance, commercial and trade logistics, information services, technology services, business services, public services to promote deep integration between modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry. These Measures shall be valid for 3 years.
