The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Finance Bureau of Liwan District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Application Guidelines and Checklist for Employment and Entrepreneurship Subsidies in the Liwan District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 6 November 2024. The authorities proposed that recognized skill training bases and studios in Liwan District shall be provided with a one-off construction subsidy of RMB150,000 and RMB50,000 respectively. The Notice will be effective till 5 November 2029.
