Notice of Issuing the Administrative Regulations for Pilot Construction Projects and Funds of Modern Business and Trade Circulation System in Guangzhou Municipality (Sui Shang Wu Han [2024] No.186)

On 27 November 2024, the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the “Notice of Issuing the Administrative Regulations for Pilot Construction Projects and Funds of Modern Business and Trade Circulation System in Guangzhou Municipality”” (“the Regulations”). The Regulations shall improve the urban and rural renewable resource recycle system, with a maximum subsidy of 50% of the total project investment for every single project, and up to RMB 20 million. These Measures shall be valid until 31 December 2026.
