The Human Resources Bureau of Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Management Measures for Entry into the Human Resources Service Industrial Park in Longhua District” (“the Notice”) on 6 December 2024. The authorities proposed that human resources institutions that fulfil the entry requirements in the industrial park may apply for a rental subsidy for office space for a period of 5 years. In particular, the full rent will be subsidized for the first 2 years, while a 50% rental subsidy will be provided in the third, fourth, and fifth years. The Notice is effective on 16 December 2024 and will remain valid for 5 years.
